Changing font size in scrolling text bar

I try to change the font size (and style) of a scrolling text bar (not announcemend bar) but can't figure out how to achieve this. I'd like to get the font size smaller in both, desktop and mobile version of my website.

I'm using Kingdom Theme and would be glad, if someone could help me solve the issue.

Step 1. Go to Admin -> Online store -> Theme > Edit code

Step 2. Find the file theme.liquid.

Step 3. Add this code above </body>

<style>
.shopify-section.mount-scrolling-text scrolling-text {
   font-size: 1rem;
}
</style>
