Changing product limits under Collection Lists with Brooklyn Theme

I've looked and looked for the answer and tried my best to find it before asking this question to no avail. The section I am specifically wanting to change is basically this.At the bottom of this screenshot, you can see that the "Add Collection" section is currently limited to 10/10. I need the limit to be 17. Could anyone help me find the elusive piece of code that needs to be edited to change this limit?

Since the Brooklyn theme is a Shopify-supported theme, then this may be something that our Theme Support team can you with.
