Changing Quantity Selector Text Color On Ephzen-mens-premier

I need to change to font color to white for the text within the Quantity Selector on product page. The font is currently black like the rest of my site, as is the quantity selector background. I can’t find an option to change this in theme settings (using Ephzen-mens-premier). If anyone could help me on how to change this in the code I would be very appreciative! I’ve had a look online but nothing seems to be working for me.
