Changing text on the bottom of Checkout Page

Hi,
On default on the bottom of the checkout page we have policies, and I made these policies disappear by linking the policies to a page and then editing the default theme content and putting spaces to the policy pages so they disappear on checkout but they keep existing on my main page.

My question is that I want to put a text just like this (i will attach an image below by melbournes finest) and i cant find how. now my checkout page has blank text which doesnt look so good i will attach an image of that too. can someone help me how to put text just like that on the bottom of my checkout page?

You can change it via Shopify Default theme content.

Okay thank you but where? Because i tried adding it to many places but i cannot find it

Please also note that if your Shopify Plan is not under Plus Plan, you will have no access to the content edition on Checkout page. Thank you!
