Changing the collection list size for mobile view only / and only for collection page / DAWN theme

Is there a way to change the size of the collection list icons only for the mobile view and only for the collection pages? On my homepage, I want them to stay the same size, but when I go to the collection pages, I want them to be smaller.

On the homepage, I want to see about 2 1/2 collections on the screen (as it is now), and on the collection pages, I’d like to see 4 1/2 or 5 collections on the screen. I’m using the Dawn theme. I’ve attached a picture as an example.
