Changing the Swatch Size default selection text

I want to change the swatch size text "selection" to show "Choose Your Size" for dropdown menu before you click on the box and it auto changes to your choice for all product pages.

 you want to make a dropdown each dropdown section has size variants like sm, xl, l.

Already made the dropdown menu with some style css. Just want to change the text to show "choose your size" instead of auto filled size displayed.
