Changing the Text in the Text columns with images section to an accordion or drop down

I want to make the Text columns with images section of the debut theme more mobile friendly by having the text portion of the section be collapsible so the viewer can open and close the text to learn more or keep it closed to reduce scrolling needed to get to other sections of the page. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The 'membership that suits you section' is the one I would like to edit to include a drop down text box with each new image added

@STUK It would need customization to implement this feature, Unfortunately, there is no simple solution otherwise I will be happy to help you. I would suggest hiring a Shopify expert to assist you OR feel free to contact me.
