Hi @NOT1, 

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:

button#CartDrawer-Checkout {
    font-size: 13px !important;
}
</style>
