Coding for Video overlaying an image banner

Hello, I ran into a problem while trying to overlay my video on top of my image banner that shopify support nor a shopify advisor couldn't help me with. The advisor told me i would need to do some coding to make this happen and "coding is not our forte". Is there anyone in here that can help me with the code to make this happen?
