Collapsible Description

[LFS2023]

I have followed all of the discussions on here to try and make my 'product page description' collapsible through the guidelines people have stated in this forum. None of them seem to be working as I don't have it as a black (collapsible row), don't really want to have to add in another app either.

I am currently using Focal theme, haven't found any suggestions. 

If someone could help me with this it would be appreciated.
