Collection and search filters not showing on navigation page.

Hi All

I can't find a collection and search filters section on the navigation page.

Could anyone help so I can use the filter function?

I am using streamline theme.

Thank you for reaching out here and posting your concern.

If you want to use a filters section, you need to have an Online Store 2.0 theme installed. If not, you cannot use this feature.

Thank you for your reply. I found out the streamline is a 2.0 theme

However, there is no filters section in my navigation page.

It seems like it only applies to the online store 2.0 theme built by Shopify. The Streamline theme is a third-party theme so you could reach out to the theme provider and ask them about this feature.

No, Its not like that, I just installed the Dawn theme from Shopify store latest version and I do not see any Filter !!!

I had the same problem - to solve it, just install Dawn theme. You don't need to activate it, just install it and filters will show up.

Shopify OS 2.0 themes do support this collection filter feature. In case you use a vintage theme, the alternative way is to use a filter app like this https://apps.shopify.com/ultimate-search-and-filter-1.

It's not working...

I used Dawn theme, I could see all my tags, availability etc... then I purchased the Shopify subscription and now only the Price filter is showing, all other filters do not show anymore! please help!
