Collection images and image quality

Hi!

My items in my collection page are way too small (y axis wise) and really low quality, how can I improve both of these things?

please follow the below instructions you can change the collection image size

1- Shopify Admin > Online Store > Theme Customize

2- Select the collection page from the dropdown as shown in the screenshot and change the image size to according to your need.
