Collection not synching to navigation menu

I just created a new collection; I see all of the products there when I click on the collection.

I added the collection to the navigation menu; when I click on it on the navigation menu none of the products are showing.

 

Any idea what is going on? I have plenty of other collections and am doing it all the same.

www.rhapsodyandrenascence.com; the tab is the online exclusives.

This is an accepted solution.

I just solved it, I didn't have online store as an option for sales channel. Sigh....🙄

I'm not able to see the products under the online exclusives tab either. Which probably means it is linked incorrectly in your navigation. Are you able to share a screenshot of this? That will help me figure out what the problem is.

I attached screenshots of the navigation page and the collection page (that shows the active products are there).

I also see that where I added the collection to the main page it isn't showing. It is as if it isn't connecting/synching anywhere, even though I can see it. I updated the theme last week, not sure if this is causing the error (Dawn theme).
