collection title disappears when I add a photo

I'm making a nested collection in the Dawn theme, and I've made a new template. The collection titles show up fine without an image, but once I add an image to the collection, the collection title disappears completely. It's supposed to say "All Jewelry".

haven't found where to edit this or the placement of the title either. I'd ideally like the title to be below the image. I know I did this before because my main collection page does it, I just can't remember how. thanks!!

Please add this code to Custom CSS in Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings.
