I have been trying to categorize my products into Collections, but my Admin tab does not have that Collections under the Product tab. Is there another feature I have to enable?

Hey, @LilSparkles.

Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!

If you're not seeing the option to manage or create collections, then it looks like you might be using the Shopify Starter Plan. The Starter plan is designed for merchants that are just starting out and it comes with a simplified Online store. While there isn't an option to create collections or install other themes as a result, this plan comes with the Spotlight theme and it can be suitable for selling through social media platforms or messaging apps. However, if you'd like to create collections or install a different theme, then you can consider updating your plan to the Shopify Basic Plan or you can view a breakdown of our plan features

That being said, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What types of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Funny Ive had this same problem but I discovered that you do in fact still have collections and they are in  fact an integral aspect of many valuable apps, you are simply trying to block your clients aspect to the basic features in their store thar they are told about when purchasing. Their is in fact no mention of collections not being a feature in stated shops anywhere on your website and if you look into it every qjerry comes back in response to an individual known to be using. starter plan as if they should have no issue accessing it. I wasted entire days on this issue trying to get Back To my collections as they appear in reference with some other features and apps and I was able to build collections and in fact ahopigy was autobuilding collections for me as well but when I went to visit their page I got a 404

Now my new problem is a refusal to accept my payment of one dollar, something you claim you will freezs my store tomorrow over if I don't pay. Yet I have a valid active credit card Nd every time I try to pay I get an error. Just to be sure I made another store and ussz the same card and it paid no problem. Then right back to mine and again it tells me N issue oxcured. So how do we fix something that is clearly some intentional act on Shopify s part to find an easy way to eliminate.a client who won't upgrade his plan to something more profitable.

Also when I arrive at your site I start working on a template and then you change it to an inferior template without. Telling me and refuse to let me change back.

So how do we fix this then?
