Color Swatch meta field customization on - Motion Theme

I'm using the Motion theme, where each color option is configured as a separate product. For example, the "Flare Fit" jeans come in four different colors, with each color uploaded in the backend as a separate product. I need to display all four color swatches for the "Flare Fit" jeans on both the collection and product pages, and when a swatch is selected, the corresponding product page should be triggered. Is there an app available to do this? I have already used ACF Metafields/Custom Metafields, but I'm not sure how to use them. If anyone has any ideas, please help me urgently.

You need to use a JSON metafield to make a connection b/w the products.

Last week I did something similar to one of my clients. If you want  to check you can DM for the link.

btw they have additional requirement they don't want to reload the page when products change on click of the metafield swatches.
