Compare-at price don't show for everybody

Hello dear Friends,

does anybody know why the compar-at price can't see from everybody?

All our Customers from Germany only see the price in grey and no compare-at price is visible.

Everyone from Switzerland see the compare-at price. Does someone know how to fix this?

Thank you for the answer. We don't have a currency conversion app and also doesn't change anything in the code.

In switzerland work everything good whitout problems.

Only Customers from Germany don't see the compare price.
