Why isn't the compare now price displaying on my new products?

Hi Shopify Community! 

I have uploaded some new products that are on sale on my website, but the compare now price is not showing up! Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried to change the button text font color, but that did not fix the issue. I can see there is a gap next to the price displayed, but I am not sure why the original price is not showing up.

1. Go to your store click on Actions > Edit Code

2. Assets > theme.scss.css add below lines at the bottom of the file.

s.grid-link__sale_price {
    visibility: visible !important;
}

Is there any way to make the compared price also show on the individual product page? I attached a photo for reference. There is the price on it, but not the compared price.
