Our contact form has worked in the past, meaning we got submissions to our email address that is connected to our store. Had a customer say they were sending us messages via the contact form but we never received anything so I tested it and never received the test. I went into the Notifications section of the Admin Settings and saw that the email had to be verified via our server (GoDaddy). I did that (even though I thought I had already done that) but still not receiving my test emails.
Anyone have a fix for this? I'm running the Venue theme.
I'd prefer just some help via the forums here. Not comfortable giving access
I am having a very similar issue. Our GoDaddy is verified and we are receiving test emails. But not emails for actual form submissions
