Contact Form Submission Oddity

Can anyone help me figure out how to remove the numbers of the fields on my contact for submissions? We recently switched themes and are now getting these numbers at the end of each contact form  field? Do I need to remove the label from the

I couldn't find a solution. I suggest you contact the merchant of Theme and ask what they have done.
