Contact Us page is NOT sending emails including Register as Subscripber also is not sending Emails

Hi,

The Contact Us page is not sending emails to the email id which is set up on the Shopify Configuration.

It does not show any error message. It shows the message - "Thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.", but email is NOT send to the email id which is in the settings or anywhere.

Is there any set up I need to do to get the contact us page working?
