contact us page messed up live, editor okay

Hello,

Below is my current live environment contact us page, and below that is the shopify theme editor. What is causing my live website to look like that? I looked at the website on three different browsers (one of them has no extensions) and its messed up.

the customer page looks fine on iPhone and iPad. Only on desktop browsers am I seeing this

EDIT: sorry it is the customer login page not contact. Sometimes my traffic is 60% desktop so it’s a big issue

I just looked at my cart, when it is empty it also looks like this when I have cart as a page view vs slide view
