Content in product information section is too narrow.

Hi guys, can someone please help me solve this issue!

I have 2 shopify stores both using dawn theme, the issue I'm having is one of the stores product information sections on every product is so narrow and the menu is like a list not the mega menu that it is set to.

See attached images of the store that's too narrow and my other store that is how I'd like it to be.

Please help and also note I have no experience in coding. Thank you!

The homepage is how I want it, but when you open a product it changes, please refer to the pictures I attached in my original post - first picture is the issue, 2nd picture is how I want my product pages to look (on desktop)
