Content is not customizable from page to page (Alchemy Theme)

Hello- I am new to Shopify, but this simply isn't working right. I am unable to edit the content of a page independently from the other pages. Every change I make (switch out a photo, edit the copy) shows up on the other pages. How do I fix? See screen recording for more details. (Video was in response to tech support, but they are not getting back to me?)
