CONVERSION RATE, low conversion rate unless I'm on social media

Struggling to scale my store.  Been running since Covid.  My competitors are doing so much better than me and I don't think their websites are any better.  I'm either missing something fundamental with the set up/checkout.  Or I need help with some optimization etc.  Any suggestions would be greatly received

Congratulations on getting up and running with your store, scaling can be difficult so give yourself a pat on the back for getting this far.
