Convert store to RTL (Only specific language)

Hi,

I've added 2 languages to my store and the Hebrew language is RTL,

So I want that every time that someone goes to my site with this address: sitename.com/he 

It will use an alternate theme.liquid that is modified for RTL.

How can I do that?

I know that I need to insert this 

{% layout 'alternate' %}

But I don't know where are the translated files that I added with Shopify are stored.

thanks i have checked your store currently work only rtl doesn't work to LTR do you need both right?

It can be done by doing some code customization. Please take the help of a developer and hire Shopify Expert or me
