Cookie pop-up in mobile view too large? Dawn theme

Hi Experts!

Hope you can help. I did an automation from social media to send audience to my homepage (which displays latest blog post).

Problem is, it's already a few additional clicks I'm asking them to do in the process, then they must click again to either accept or not when they arrive on my homepage via mobile. The cookie pop-up is enormous and invasive (takes up almost half screen).

Is it possible to make just the mobile view smaller and less conspicuous?

Using Dawn theme.
