Country/Currency Selector - Featured Countries

We have recently opened our Shopify store to a wide range of markets so we are available there. We have Geolocation setup so it should send them to the right store for their country anyway. However, in the selector drop down there are so many countries and its very chaotic.

I want to be able to add some featured countries that are our focus to the top of this list with a line to split before the rest of them going in alphabetic order.
