Country selector from dropdown to popup

I have the country selector in my website's header. But instead of being a dropdown when clicked, I want it to be a popup in the middle of the screen. Attached are a picture of my current country selector and the desired style of popup I would like to achieve.

Is this doable without a separate app?

Hi @designedbymg you can do this as an advanced theme customization, contingent on :

• the UI you have now is part of the theme.
• whether or not your using an app for managing currencies and translations the main thing is that the UI your using is not injected as part of an app.
• preferably the theme already has some sort of popup system

You can check different apps also from the shopify app store, there are plenty of apps are available for country selector in a popup design,
