CRAFT Theme Collage - help to set so it looks like sample home page

Hello,

In the CRAFT theme the collage on the home page has 5 photos in two rows - two on top 3 on bottom. The two on the top are the same vertical height but the one on the right is larger.

The second row has 3 photos, all the same size and smaller than the 2 photos in the top row.

Yet when I start to work on my design, the CRAFT Collage only give space for 3 photos, one super large on the right side and two small ones on the left on top of each other. So all three are just one super large BLOCK. Nothing like was it in the CRAFT THEME sample home page.

I do not see a way to adjust these photos. And when I contact shopify support, all they can tell me is to add another section in the collage. But that just adds 3 more photos exactly like the spaces I already have - one large and 2 small and not aligned as the Theme shows. So then I have 6 photos in two super large blocks...

Does anyone know how to set this up? It can't be that difficult.  Thank you!

Sheesh. You have no idea how frustrating this can be. Where are the block settings? And yes I am thinking that I will need an experts help. How we would work that?

Hello again, I am in the block settings and I do not see any way  to adjust these photos and the layout,

I ran into the same issue. While I couldn't adjust the size of the Collage blocks I figured out how to replicate the Demo site layout. To get the row of 3 photos below the Collage block - insert another section called "Collage List".
