Craft theme image banner cropped on mobile

I am having immense difficulty getting my website to be viewable in mobile version as the image header becomes cropped. I have tried a few different suggested codes but none seem to be helping. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Paradisobakery  I recommend to use 2 banner sections, 1 for desktop images and 1 for mobile images. 

Then using css hide one of them based on screen size.
