Create a second button under product cards on category pages to have options to buy 1 bottle or case

I want to add a button below each product that has two options as buy by the bottle or by case of 6 with the two prices similar to this. In a dawn theme. Similar to the image attached.

Hey, so I want to show the price for buying one item or a case of 6.  So to show button showing price under the product as a singular 1 bottle price and another button with the price showing a case of 6 price.

Okay i have understood your requirement. Did you created variants options in the product?

Hey your storefront is password protected. But you can create products variants such as 

Bottle - $XXX

Pack of 6 - $XXX

Pack of 12 - $XXX.

And then it can be design in the way you want.

How do I get the buttons to show like that instead of showing as choose option then clicking

The code need to be hard-coded to show the options direct on the grid. You can seek help of developer to code this for you at reasonable rate.
