How can I create a shortened link here, so when customers click on text "Track Your Order," they are directed straight to the Track Your Order page?

Just simply surround your "Track Your Order" word with anchor tag so it should look something like this.

<a href="ENTER LINK HERE">Track your order</a>

Replace "ENTER LINK HERE" with the track your order link page and if it still doesn't works then share your store url and collaborator request code.
