Creating a URL redirect changes my redirect from url and the redirect does not work

The first google result when searching one of our phone / fax numbers is a page from my pre Shopify website. I setup a redirect and it does not work.

I have setup many other redirects that work fine. I think this one doesn't work because after I save the URL redirect the redirect from link is changed (the parameters in the URL are swapped making it a different link).

My redirect from URL is:

/infopage.asp?page=124&extra=1

And after saving Shopify makes it:

/infopage.asp?extra=1&page=124

Is there a way to keep the add redirect form from changing the order of parameters in the redirect from URL?

After playing around with this a bit more the issue doesn't seem to be how the redirect form changes the order of the parameters since I have a couple of other redirects like that and they work fine.
