Creating pages with different content

I would like to create different pages with each of them having own photo, but when i add one photo, it appears on the rest of the pages too.

You need to set up the image for your collections. Then show it at the collection template.

Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please don't forget hit Like and Mark it as solution!

I would like it just a photo banner, and below the photo would be each category of products

Hello! Alex from Depict here - we've actually built a Shopify-native app that allows you to add feature images/videos and other forms of content inside a visual drag-and-drop grid editor. The benefit of this over the other proposed solutions is that you can add the content inside the product grid, instead of in the collection header.
