Custom cursor GIF not working

Hi all, 
I've added a custom cursor to my site which I really like, but I uploaded a GIF and the animation isn't working, it's just showing the still frame. Any help with this?

Hi there Kimi @kimi1  Have you already tried clearing all the cache cookies in your browser or try loading/uploading it in a new browser entirely yet?
