Custom link to products in shopify

Hello everyone, I would like to ask for help regarding my shopify store. I would like to create a custom url address with which I can access products that contain only this specific tag. How could I do it for example I have products from all categories that contain the tag "Valentine's Day" I have a link on the main page that I would like to lead to all products that have this tag.

using the custom code we can do this, we can set the parameters in URLs

According to those parameters we can get the products, and can set the page template accordingly.

This could be done using the custom liquid code and css.
