Custom text box on product page using Brooklyn theme

I am trying to add a custom text box to my product pages, I used the shopify UI generator to make 2 separate customization liquid sections and it worked but it messed up my dropdown menu and picture layout on any products with that custom section enabled. I am starting over and wondering how to add the text box without it changing my brooklyn theme layout on those products?

if you look at this listing (https://shopwrighthousedesigns.com/products/floral-outline-monogram-rounds-simple-shiplap-style-shel...)  vs this non personalized listing (https://shopwrighthousedesigns.com/products/floral-initial-rounds-simple-shiplap-style ), the dropdowns and photo layout changed on the personalized listing once i added the code for the text box. I followed the tutorial and i have done it before but i switched my theme and as soon as i implement the "{% section 'product-customizable-template' %}" everything changes despite being an exact copy of the product template liquid (aside from the code copied from shopify UI generator).

Hi @coastnerdchic ,

There are 2 problems to solve:
1. You check on the product that these 2 templates have the same settings. Maybe in the template you just created, the settings are not the same as the default template
2. Did you check the javascript code to see if there is any missing place when the template name is not? (If you don't know this part, you should hire a shopify expert for help)
