Custom video hero

I am trying to add a text box behind a video hero (using the Flow theme). I need it to cover the heading and subheading with no space in between. I want to be able to reduce the opacity as well, I just need the text to be a bit more legible. Thank you!

Regarding your request, I'd like to inform you that the video settings can only adjust the elements that are available within the theme. Moreover, it's important to note that each theme has different settings, so you cannot set text behind the video, unfortunately.
