We have a had a few customers contact us saying that items are being deleted from their carts when they are trying to place an order. Can someone please help us, I don't understand why that is happening, I went on my phone and tried to add items to my cart to see and what they are saying happened to me too. If you add more than one item the others just disappear and only the last one you add stays.

@canoodlecompany The checkout process is working perfectly fine as it should at my end. I have checked it on Desktop as well as on my phone too. As you mentioned you are facing this issue on mobile so I am attaching a screenshot of the same from my mobile.

its https://canoodlecompany.com/ it only does this with my phone and ipad it worked on my computer

That is so weird! It works now on all of my devices and one of the customers I was talking to about this told me it is working again, not sure how but I'll take it, Thank you so much!
@canoodlecompany Maybe it's a temporary cache issue. Let me know if you need any other help in your store.
I have the same problems. Their cart items disappear and they have to make several carts in small quantities. Need a solution, please.
