Customise a Collection List - adding a border to each collection

I am currently trying to create a border in my collection list so that the elements all appear to be divided. Please see the image attached to get an idea of what I am looking to do, I can only currently place a border around the whole section. What code do I need to put in place to achieve this?

You can add code by following these steps

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code.
2. Open your theme.liquid file

3. Paste the below code before </body> on theme.liquid
<style>
 .card-wrapper {
     border: 1px solid #00000026 !important;
  }
</style>

Ok but how can give you the solution because solution I gave you that not work and I have to inspect the element and apply the css code then i will provide you right solution.
