Customise collection list on home page dawn theme

Hey, 

Can someone please help me on how I can decrease the zoom speed of the of the collection banner photo that shows in collection list on my homepage. (I want it to very slow zoom in on hover and zoom out when you move away).

also add the button and title over the image

It can be done easily but right now your store using the product and on hove it show the secondary image but the reference you share in that ref they use only one image and zoom and zoom out that image
