Customize Footer Copyright__Content without modifying Store Name?

Would like to customize my footer to L.L.C, I know I can just change the store name so this changes but I don't want LLC displayed in the hotbar.

Current store footer/store name

If I change this it changes as I like, but I'm not sure where to put this or target this?

footer.liquid has store name displayed, if I change that to my LLC tag it spits error.

The "store.name" doesn't have a specific target on elements, so I can't target one specific thing on the footer bar by the looks of it???
