Customize Section Design- Compared to - Meta field design

I added a compared to section on a fragrance page of my website. But how do I get it to look like this page looks below ?

If you did created a section you cannot call it to the position as you want because in section you cannot include other, so to show to that position you need create a block for section, and then you call block to the position you want.
