Customizing Footer - Move email signup box or Center Footer to Middle?

Not sure if the first request is possible but, right now my footer info is in three boxes, I was wondering if I can move the email signup on the same line as my footer information?

If that isn't possible, how would I align the overall footer to be center? I want the text to left aligned but move the three boxes to be center.

Thanks for reply! I reworked my footer using custom liquid, the only thing I need to do is do custom code for the email section.

If I have problems related to the footer I will DM you. Will be working on this within the next few days.
