Customizing password protected page

I want to change the "opening soon" to something else, and have scoured the code for where I can change this. I can't find it in the code but there has to be a way to change the message on the password protected "opening soon" page. 

For reference here is a screenshot of what my editor looks like now:

I either want to change the wording or just get rid of the "opening soon" text altogether.

You can edit the text by following the instructions below.

• From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on "Online Store" and then "Themes".
• Find the theme that you want to edit and click on "Customize" 
• On the top, next to Default dropdown, change the Home page to "Others", then password. You should be able to see the settings. See image below

Thanks for you reply, but I know how to get to the page to customize it. That doesn't allow me to change the "opening soon" text. I can add a message underneath that text but not change the text itself. I can code a fair bit if need be.
