Customizing Product Page

Can someone assist me, I'm having issues customizing the product page.

I'm referring to this page as shown below:

 But Instead of being able to edit these elements, the 404 page is showing instead. 

I reached out to the multivendor marketplace I'm using but they said that the issue with the theme itself. Can somebody assist with this. I'm using Dawn Theme.
