Date Format Change

Does anyone know how to change the date format to the UK way of DDMMYYYY

Now that you ask... it is only my subscription client 'Seal Subscriptions' that has the "wrong" date format. I cant find a setting within their app

I realise now it is my subscription app 'seal' that has the "wrong" format to everything else. most frustrating. any ideas?

Hi @ICRCo ,

The most apps manage their own settings (including date format), the best way forward would be to reach out directly to the Seal support team. They should be able to confirm if the format can be changed to DD/MM/YYYY or if it's set by default based on locale.

You can usually find their contact info in the Apps > Seal Subscriptions > Support section of your Shopify admin, or directly on the Shopify App Store listing.
