Dawn 10.0.0 - Different Image for Mobile and Desktop Image Banner

It is just funny that Shopify does not give this option out of the box. I am using the Dawn theme (10.0.0) and would like to upload a different image for desktop and for mobile. Other solutions for this work with older versions of Dawn, but not 9.0.0+ versions. 

Can someone come up with a code that will allow us to upload a different image for desktop and a different one for mobile (pretty much instead of a second image, just a mobile image).
