Dawn 12.0.0 - Replacing color scheme settings with color pickers

Hi everyone, I would like to get rid of the color schemes in theme settings and replace them with color pickers instead. My knowledge of Shopify liquid is a bit limited, but I can work with it. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Theme Dawn 12.0.0 updated adds color scheme and color setup for sections is also set up using the scheme. So it cannot be replaced with color pickers
